Would suggest you reflash the kernel with LMK set to stock. Did that and my lag issues have vanished.

YANKed with SOTMAX v15 240 DPI ROM and JKAY'S latest framework

Hmm ... not good. Can you post /data/kernel-boot.log so I can compare your settings to mine.

I have 57+ hours uptime, will try not to reboot to flash anything for now ;)

I've already reflashed and dropped the read ahead buffer to see if that would help.
No other settings changed.
No lags but only up for a few hours.

I am having my doubts on ROW, seems like everytime I revert to CFQ I have a more regular speed, though a little less snappy...

Readahead is set to 2048 on mine.

I'll try going back to cfq. I'd just got into the habit of using row. Can't say i ever noticed any real benefit from it.
Previous read ahead was 512 btw.
