V4.2a-beta1 works perfectly, my biggest concern is usually deep sleep and in a 7 hour sleep cycle my device only used 3% battery which I think is pretty damn good. It's great knowing we have a kernel dev we can count on at any time.

Hello,
my question is how can I activate "Ignore unstable power" like in the Boeffla Kernel?
Is there any way?
Thanks

Cheers Slayer

You don't, because I refuse to fix a faulty charger / cable issue by removing a safety in the kernel ;)

I have never had an issue with charging, though I also never used my Sammy charger / cable either, my htc Sensation charger has always served me well ;)

Try using a different charger / cable combo, and your issue will be history.

JP.

Samsung 4.4 KitKat Beta Kernel Update

Touchwiz Kitkat kernel for Note II ports now uses JustArchi's latest ramfs. Nothing else is changed.

Changelog KK v4.2a-beta2 - For Samsung 4.4 ROMs only

  • updated zzmoove to v0.9aplha-1 (remove legacy mode and LCD Freq. DFS, split fast_scaling into up and down tunables)
  • updated zzmoove v0.9aplha-1 yank battery and battery extreme profiles

For me, none, Aroma should be emough.

If you want to change stuff on the fly, any app will do, fauxclock being the one to give access to most things, but still not everything...

Hey Yank,

I see psndna88 has implimented some of the code from the N7100 4.4.2 Kernel Source Drop and has released a kernel based on this for 4.4.2 ArchiPort, have you found anything in there that might be of use to us?
