If you still use 4.1.2 (CM10), then you need to user v1.5 for Android 4.1.x

Just saw your second post

1.5b and 1.5c will work, but you need a CM10.1 ROM that is based on a CM10.1 of 20130223 or more, hence with updated mali drivers.

yank555, I'm using CM10 (4.1.2) because on CM10.1 bluetooth working with laggs when listen music via stereo-bt headset. Can you fix it in your kernel or it is impossible?

By the way I also wanted to download the cleaning kernel files, but they no longer hosted on the server.
