It already is as indicated in the changelog The changelog is the same for both kernel zips unless indicated otherwise.

Yea. Did you download the kernel posted up above for T-Mobile? Cause if you didn't and you have the old MJ1 0.7 it's not going work. You need the kernel that has the edited asserts otherwise you will need to use the euro philz touch. Further more I'm speculating your a t mobile device, but none of us have any idea what u are running. More details please.
