Unfortunatley not
The two files to control it are :
/sys/class/misc/touchwake/enabled (0 off / 1 on)
/sys/class/misc/touchwake/delay (in miliseconds)
So to activate touchwake for 10 seconds, you need to do this :
echo 1 > /sys/class/misc/touchwake/enabled
echo 10000 > /sys/class/misc/touchwake/delay
Best is to make a script and put it in /system/etc/init.d
