Certainly worth playing around !

Alpha Kernel Update

Tiny update with powersuspend fixed. Nothing bad, just a stupid mistake, powersuspend defaults to hybrid mode, but if you changed that through sysfs, you couldn't go back to it anymore.

Changelog 001a6+ (23/05/2014)

  • PowerSuspend is updated to v1.5 (fix hybrid-kernel mode cannot be set through sysfs)
  • touchwake still isn't working for finger (S-Pen works)

Make a Nandroid before flashing this...

First off, thanks for the kernel. I tried it and noticed an issue. I have an iBolt car dock that allows me to output sound through the MicroUSB port to an AUX cable. After flashing the kernel, I had no sound through that output. Flashed back to ColonelX and it was working again. Any ideas what it could be? I made sure to toggle the checkbox on and off in dock settings for Audio output mode, but it made no difference.

Thanks...Brian

So it's an active USB OTG device ? Might need an apropriate driver in the kernel...

Do you know what hardware it is (chip) ?

JP.

Send from my 'proudly eFused' Note 3 (n9005) running Temasek v85 on Yank555.lu htle v1.0b-beta3 (3.4.91) kernel.

I don't know. The dongle part that splits off into an AUX cable and MicroUSB for charging is sealed and just says iBolt on it. Here is pics of it on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/iBOLT-xProDock-car-speakers-extended-Batteries/dp/B00AOCSFYC/

Woops! I found this kernel through XDA, but I see where I messed up. T-Mobile faux kernel thread linked to universal thread that Yank was posting these builds in. Sorry about that.
