But you also tested with stock voltage, so it's not that.

Have you tried with stock settings, ONDEMAND and mpdecision, just in case ?

Also, for the efs issue, I've had that exactly once, the day I switched to TWRP.

I've reverted to Chenglu's CWM, ever since, not happened again, could be unrelated, but well ...

I'll restore my nandroid and check with ondemand.. was using intelliplug, only real reason I under volt is for the thermal properties... less voltage less heat right? And this bad boy doesn't particularly like running games for too long without throttling..

Even on this kernel the undervolt allows me to play games with a significantly reduced thermal throttle on a higher clock. Win win

results also verified by doing a well controlled temperature benchmark with antutu and quadrant
