I use TWRP. And when I flash Temasek v118 only, then there are no issue.
When I flash v1.1 beta15 over, then I have the issue. It makes me think it's related to the combo ROM/kernel.
It was the same think with Temasek v114 + leankernel v3.4
It is weird.
EDIT : I may have to precise what's going on. The Superuser prompt I told you about is the prompt when a new application asks for SU right. And in this prompt I can't touch on "Allow" while the ImageButton is here visible and enabled. it's just like a classic image, not an ImageButton since nothing happening when I touch on it. No "touch" effect and nothing happens.
EDIT2 : I may move to SuperSU, I have always sticked to Superuser as it is open source and built-in CyanogenMod ROMs.
EDIT3 : no issue with SuperSU

May just be that the reason for this "lack of trust" may be the SELinux Permissive ? How is that for both the other kernels (Tema's and lean) ?
