No, it's stock 3.4.0 (for now).

Hi JP, could you please push the latest changes to the repo? I'll build the updated 3.4.77 kernel again :)

Hope you don't mind me doing this!

Cheers

Am about to go the way myself ;)

Right in the middle of cloning ... will push later when I get to it.

Thanks a lot yanky, it makes your kernel even faster.

To be honest, no, upstreaming won't make anything any faster, upstreaming fixes tiny bugs, most of which don't even apply to our devices.

I'll give it a second try, Samsung 4.3 base kernel sources lead to huge conflicts, the proper resolution of which made the effort not worth the gain.

Since CM11 seems to be based on a "better" Sourcebase, I'll regive this a try.

But if I am to do it, I want to properly upstream, fixing every conflict, not just reverting conflicts and keep what's not conflicting only, since that wouldn't be a proper upstream anyway.

To most, all upstreaming really does is display a higher Linux version in the settings :D

But if it's not too much work, why not.

It's 77 minor versions so it's bound to be quite a job :) Then why not re-use somebody else's work? I haven't inspected his commits, do you think temasek didn't merge properly and just reverted conflicts?

I don't know, just asking :)

Not what I said, I don't suspect he did skip, but I know of devs who do, and in order to know what goes into my kernel, I prefer do the work myself, that's just how I am ;)

Hehe, in that case I understand and feel slightly sorry for you - this virtue (or a trait? ;) ) makes life a bit more difficult! (I know all too well, I'm a bit OCD myself.)

Hmm ... just don't know what the heck would cause this :(

You did dirtyflash the ROM, or did you do a clean install ?
