Been there, done that, too much drama ;)

The fun part is in the making of stuff, the xda attitude of competition, habit of trolling and mods playing spoiled kid etc. is the part that's only getting on my nerves by making me waste my time. Of course not everybody is like this, but it's getting worse over time...

This is a hobby, the point being that if it's not fun anymore, it's not a hobby anymore and I'd rather spend my time doing something else.

So, since I like coding, I focus on the part I enjoy and avoid the part that's only making me lose time (and/or temper) ;)

Low to no downloads is not an issue, I don't care if many use it or not, that's not what drives me. I'm happy if someone enjoys it and finds it useful, of course, and I'm always willing to help where I can.

I've extended the fun to building the full ROM myself yesterday, a whole new world opening, although I pretty much dislike Java to put it mildly, but it's fun nonetheless to know you run a full system you've built yourself, good feeling :D

Personally not, even if I turn off the screen mostly using a widget or a double-tap on the statusbar...

What ROM are you on ?
