Not much I can do, unfortunately, I suppose most people DL from a PC... not had such issues reported so far.

Forum software unchanged since I installed it.

Yank...

There's a typo in your config script

In the simple GPU section... The ramp threshold needs to have three zeros after the selection...

ie: the plug in value would be 5000... Not just 5

Nexus 6 ? Didn't Tema's was available on N6 ;)

The kernel is AOSP/Slim ... it won't work on CM12, did at first, but since Theme Engine got added, that would require using CM12 binaries in the ramfs, and that I won't do, I'm following SlimLP personally, and AOSP works just fine as well as Slim is very close to AOSP on Nexus.

I went Nexus to be able to finally stay away from CM ... as much as I've appreciated it as an alternative on non Nexus devices, it's always been a PITA, there was ALWAYS something to fix and I've grown tired of that...

And since they went corporate, their arrogance has but grown (and it has always been pretty big to begin with), they make money on the back of good devs who do community work, and they take that as granted and show zero respect for them, and that I just won't be supporting.

SlimROM on the other hands IS true community (there may be others, but Slim is where I found home, so I haven't looked any further), where people actually help each other out, suggestions and bug reports ARE welcome, people are ENCOURAGED and supported to compile the ROM on their own ...

I have NEVER EVER had a SINGLE REBOOT on either my Nexus 5 or 6 running AOSP or Slim, which is far from what I can say about CM on ANY device I've owned so far ! Hell, on my Note 3 I considered it a good day if it didn't reboot more than 2-3 times a day and didn't corrupt the filesystem, so I had not to restore a nandroid !

Slim tests before merging, CM merges and lets users test, and sometimes breaks builds for weeks / months and doesn't give a damn ...

Yes it's free, but that's no excuse for bad work !

If you do it for free, you should be doing it from the heart (since it's not for money), because you love doing it, and in that case, you should make it as good as you can. And (I hope for them) they could a lot better !

The latter is what others devs, like Tema, do with what CM throws in their repos, but that's not right, not as it should be ...

So I won't be a part of it, not anymore.

So much for my sunday morning preaching :D
