Hi @yank555,

I have had some reboots since I have flashed v1.1 beta12.
Attached last_kmsg from my last reboot. I don't know if you will find something interesting.

EDIT : you have just updated to beta13 (see below), I'm gonna flash it.

CM11 Beta Kernel Update

OK, so CM dump quite a bunch of new commits to their kernel, many of which are mdss (video driver) related, again.

So I've readded those that intensified the reboots (so I have a clean base) and updated the sources to the latest updates of CM (dated today !)

I can't test this, as I don't have my n9005 with me.

If you have reboots, please to provide last_kmsg so I can have a look if those are still caused by the derpy experimental mdss drivers. Thx !

Changelog CM11-hlte v1.1-beta13 (22/07/2014)

  • added support in Aroma / Script generator for IntelliPlug / IntelliThermal
  • reincluded all msm: mdss: commit in CM kernel dated May 24th & May 26th, 2014
  • updated to CM11 sources 20140722 (hopefully mdss caused reboots are solved)

It has been reported, that there is a Problem in Aroma (error), I'll check as soon as I'm back home, but that will be a few hours, so maybe wait before you download...

  • Download pulled for now, there seems to be a stupid mistake in Aroma... sorry :(

CM11 Beta Kernel Update

OK, second time, was a stupid "," missing, kind of didn't see that when I quickly looked at it earlier when I was at work (maybe too much to do there ;)).

I've tested, on latest nightly (20140722), and I just get black SOD ... stock kernel seems to run ... no clue atm...

Let me know how it works for you !

Maybe blobs missing and the kernel of the current nightly doesn't have the commits in yet, they were commited today ...

JP.

EDIT : Possible, Jenkins compiled 20140722 on 2014-07-21 22:42:49, and the commits are 17h old which means somtime around 2014-07-22 02:xx:xx, although, if it's PDT, then again, they may be in ...

With mdnie hijack disabled, it is behaving itself quite nicely !

JP.

Edit : Just postet and ... boom ... freeze ... but no reboot :(

And I just added my animated wallpaper...

And wow, long press power is not working ... battery pull ahead. That's new, a change at least, even if not a move in right direction :(

It's doing weird stuff atm. Got a reboot as well and while trying to type this my SwiftKey didn't want to pop up. Had to change keyboards and after that I could change it back.

Got some severe lags typing this also..... :(
